Jessica Nielsen, also known as designer Niel Wolf, received her degree in fashion design at the accredited Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles. For the past 16 + years she has developed a unique outlet for the fashion forward individual and has recently transcended to jewelry design and production.
